Swift Fabrication Services Ltd is a welding and steel fabrication company based in Norwich, working for commercial and domestic customers across Norfolk and Suffolk. Every job starts the same way: we look at what you need, give you a free estimate, and agree the price with you before we start.
If a cheaper way will do the job, we tell you. That might be a lighter section, a repair in place of a replacement, or a simpler fixing. We also say no when work is outside our scope. Structural calculations come from your engineer, brick piers from your builder, and electrical connection from your electrician.

The same people who make your steelwork in our Norwich workshop fit it on site. We run a 24/7 call out service for breakdowns, and can supply site welders to help you finish a job that is short of hands.

Managing Director Chris Clayton is known for his attention to detail, and the workshop runs the same way.
Need a coded welder? We can help with that too. Tell us the standard or welder coding your job calls for and we will confirm what we can supply. We work from your drawings or your engineer's, and can help develop a design so it is practical to fabricate and fit.

Yes, our welders are fully qualified. Coded welders are available on request. Tell us the standard or coding your job calls for and we will confirm what we can supply.
Will you agree the price before starting?
Yes. The estimate is free, and the price is agreed with you before we start. If the job changes once we are on site, we stop and talk to you before doing anything extra.
Is there work you do not take on?
Yes. We make and fit the steel. We do not produce structural calculations, build brick piers or walls, or connect electrics such as gate automation. We tell you at the start so you can line up the right trade.
