Factory work starts with your maintenance or engineering contact. Photographs and a short description give us the metal and the scale of the repair. Then we need dates: the shutdown, the weekend or the night shift when the plant is ours to work on.
From those we write an estimate covering the A11 mileage, the hours in your window, materials, and whether one welder or two is needed to finish before the restart. If your permit office wants RAMS, tell us and we will provide them. Estimates are free, there is no rate card, and nothing begins until you have agreed the number.
Site note: tell us early about inductions, hot work permits, isolations and hygiene rules, so the welder arrives cleared to start.
